Blue Chip Plan

The Blue Chip Plan is for the athlete looking for daily interaction with a coach. This is the most flexible training plan. The coach is available for consultation at all times.

The Blue Chip Plan includes:
  • Individualized weekly training schedule
  • Phone consultation daily
  • Unlimited e-mail interaction
  • Access to many group workouts i.e.: speed work and long runs
  • Cross-training tips
  • Race schedules
  • Racing advice and strategy Cost: $50 per month (month = 4 weeks)

Gordon’s Training Program

Includes:
  • Detailed training schedules (i.e. threshold runs, speed work, tempo runs, long runs, recovery runs, and cross-training programs)
  • Direct access to a personal coach to answer all of your questions
  • Periodic evaluations of your training program and progress
  • Goal setting sessions
