Winter Training Program
To prepare for the upcoming Track Season and help you Achieve your 2010 Running Goals.
Last year, eight kids participated in the Winter Training Program with several of them running PR's during track season. We found that, while each runner was provided a workout tailored to his or her individual running ability, training together resulted in training harder and smarter.
Program Schedule
Start Date: November 10, 2009
End Date: Will vary as individual schools' team practices start in the spring.
Frequency: Every Tuesday and Saturday
Tuesday Workouts: USI (PAC Bld.) 4:30 PM for leg turnover workouts. Will run no longer than 4 miles i.e.; hill work, tempo runs, speed work with warm up and cool down runs.
Saturday Workouts: Will meet most Saturdays for long runs - No longer than eight mile workouts will be held at various places in the county i.e.; state hospital, 4H Center, Angel Mounds, Castle High School and USI.
Note: Need to wear proper winter and reflective clothing for these workouts.

I will send you a client profile to be completed, along with a waiver to be signed by a parent or guardian if the runner is less than 18 years of age.
Fee: A one-time payment of $100. (No one will be turned away due to inability to pay)
